Pleasant Experience
What a pleasant experience this whole process was. Starting with Matt the salesman and owner. He was as honest as the day is long. No high pressure sales pitch like I got from two name brand companies before. I did my homework before I called Walk In Tub companies so I had a little idea on what the market was. I told Matt where I wanted to be in price and he did what he could to get me there. The other two companies told me the price I wanted was impossible. the workers that installed the tub were excellant at their job down to the fine details. I had Matt (the owner) personal phone number and called him a couple times with questions I had. He answered them promptly. A couple days later Matt stopped by to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have used the tub twice and couldn't be happier. I would recommend MVP for anyone interested in walk in tubs.
